How to read it

L1What happened

One headline, one day. Explained so you get the gist without the article.

e.g. Nvidia backs Simplismart, a startup that cuts the cost of running AI models.

L2The pattern

Something many headlines are evidence of. Lasts weeks or months. This is the part worth remembering.

e.g. Investors are shifting money from building AI models to making them cheaper to run.

L3The force

The deep driver behind every pattern. Always one of five: Technology, Money, Geopolitics, Rules, People.

e.g. Money: capital goes where returns look most reliable.

Headlines are forgotten in a day; patterns are what help you understand the next one. Each edition has three tabs: News (today's stories, explained), What it means (the patterns and forces), and Play (a quick quiz, including patterns from earlier days so they stick).
